In theory, you simply cannot download a game from your Vita’s Download List directly because of these blocks that Sony imposes.

However, there are a couple of methods for getting games on your PS Vita even if you are running older firmware and Sony blocks you from the PSN Store. Important Note: This method tends to work only for a few weeks after every new system update.

I already looked in the stickies and from what I've seen nobody else seems to have this problem. Thanks,-Jeff please don't mod me, but I have to bump this.

It is a serious question in my opinion, and I'm really seeking an answer.

I should mention this was the game itself unpacking and installing all the updates that was taking forever.

I ended up shutting it down and deleted the update/game data. I could've let it finish but I read a bunch of horror stories of drives failing when others attempted it in one shot.

I have 52 gigs left and will be downloading them all through ethernet.

I had already downloaded the updates and was letting them install but after 4 hours it was barely 20% done.
